A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
