It is a one storey villa in a secluded Mediterranean garden with a private pool 10x4m. UK satellite TV and French channels, DVD player and free internet access. The villa has 3 AC units.The beautiful French windows lead out to the garden where you can dine and find shade under the mulberry trees and the barbecue (gas-heated) is close to the dining area. You can also have a game of Table Tennis in a shaded area. The garden is surrounded by hedges and the sun shines on the pool area the whole day. Here you can also find a pool shower, 8 sun chairs and a group of sofa and armchairs and a table for a cold drink or a cup of coffee. In the front garden there are several fruit trees, like pear, fig, pomegranate, quince and clementine and you are allowed to pick them when they are ripe. You can also find 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 take away restaurant, 1 restaurant, 1 small grocery store and a newly opened Medical Health centre, a post office and all within walking distance. In Magalas (7 minutes drive) is a large supermarket.
