A second master bedroom with a king sized bed is located on 2nd floor. Others 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor share a full bathroom, one furnished with 2 twin sized beds, and the other has a king sized bed. All 4 bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans, as well as central air conditioning throughout the home. The living room also has cable, an 58" SMART TV, X-BOX, PLAYSTATION PS-4, and dining table w/6 chairs. The kitchen, with marble counter top, is completely equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, glasses/cups and any cooking utensils, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. A gated Resort Community with private lake, recreation/ fitness center, 4 pools, jacuzzi, numerous playgrounds, tennis courts, volleyball courts, picnic areas, a game room and children's movie theater, as well as a business center with wi-fi, computers and printers for guest use. If necessary, there is also an on-site car wash facility and a spacious parking lot. It should be noted that all of these amenities are included in the rental price, and are free for guest use. Other things to note As this is a resort style community, you will find a gated entrance with a security guard for your safety, working 24 h/7 days.
