Stonelea, cottage by the sea.

A cosy well-protected property down a cul-de-sac beside the sea in a quiet neighbourhood, Stonelea is a 2 storey wooden cottage nestled in a beautiful rock garden. On the north side is a large covered (and shaded) outdoor living area with a Weber BBQ, great for entertaining. The upstairs verandah is ideal for enjoying a tipple after a lovely day exploring. There's the Hauparua Inlet by kayak, or walking the country roads around here, or maybe you've been for a drive to one of the many attractions around the Bay of Islands... On the east side is the perfect sunny morning spot for coffee and croissants. There's a small well-appointed kitchen for foodies. The dawn chorus is subtle and beautiful, without roosters! The bird life is always entertaining, with many tui, quail, blackbird and thrush. "You can smell the serenity"! Special conditions: No pets. Smoking allowed outside only. Please, no butts in gardens. Tank water, so care of water usage is needed. Septic tank system, so use only the Eco products provided please. There are 2 generous double bedrooms, and a small bedroom with a king single. We have a foam mattress that can be made up on the floor anywhere. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
