Quiet and secluded country escape

Ever wanted to visit a rural and quiet place off the beaten path, but still be reasonably close enough to civilization that you can grab a bite to eat or do some shopping? The house is just 40 minutes from the Columbus Ohio airport (CMH), and 15 minutes away from Delaware, Ohio - where there are a number of great restaurants and brewhouses in the uptown area. If you're a horse/harness racing fan, this is just minutes from the Delaware fairgrounds where they hold the Little Brown Jug race each year.
