Modern, clean, fully furnished and self-contained studio flat with fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.) and all essentials supplied. Located in a very tranquil leafy setting, with an abundance of bird life. The flat has a separate entry, and while you'll have complete privacy, it is located within our family home (we live upstairs). With this in mind we ask guests to be mindful of noise. Conveniently located to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, The University of Queensland, and Brisbane's CBD, with an easily accessible bus stop at the end of our street. Buses are less frequent outside peak hours and on weekends. We have one dog who will be behind the fence and should not impact on your stay.
