Also 2 blocks away from 2 good restaurants and bars. (Sharkeys and Skippers). Pilot House and the Key Largo Fisheries are about a half a mile. The space Owners family utilize the other side of the duplex from time to time and the 1st floor office the owners use frequently. The common areas are shared by the family also when staying there. (Make sure you know the fishing rules).
