Villa Vivarelli is an historic residence of timeless beauty that maintains its authentic and original style. Located in the countryside between Arezzo and Cortona, the villa is surrounded by a garden with a private pool. Built in the 1700s and handed down as an heirloom ever since, it is the epitome of the Tuscan villa. Ideal for those who love places full of charm and want to spend a holiday in the Tuscan countryside in complete relaxation but not far from the most popular tourist destinations. The space The external double staircase leads us to the first floor, where you will be greeted by high ceilings and an entryway decorated with charming and retro décor. Most of the floors are the original terracotta, the walls and ceilings maintain their original stenciled decorations, many of the furniture is antique, yet the Villa has all the necessary services of a modern house. On the first floor you will find: The fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with its original chandelier, two double bedrooms (one with a canopy bed and a bathroom), a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower; On the second floor: a living room with TV, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a suite consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub + shower and an additional bed in the adjacent room, a double bedroom, and a third bathroom with shower. For larger groups it is possible to use the annex with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, connected to the villa by a terrace. The price to be paid directly to the host is 30 euros per night per person. Guest access The villa, the outdoor areas and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note The quality of the pool water is subjected to continuous automatic monitoring. The daily cleaning service of the pool is ensured, which includes cleaning of the pool by robot during the night and cleaning of the edges and outdoor spaces carried out by staff in the early morning. Different bins are available for separate waste collection. The tourist tax must be paid to the owner only by people over 12 years old and its cost is 3 euros per night for a maximum of 4 nights.
