The upstairs and downstairs spaces are fully separate, but as with most multi-unit homes, some sound may occasionally travel between floors. This is extremely rare, but we want guests to be aware. The unit includes fast Wi-Fi (typically ~200 Mbps), a kitchen stocked with staples, and quality coffee and tea. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire upstairs unit, including a private porch. The upstairs and downstairs units are fully separate, with no shared interior spaces. Other things to note Guests may park one vehicle in the shared driveway. The driveway is shared by two homes and a tiny house, but car shuffling is rare. Additional vehicles can use free street parking nearby. To balance comfort and sustainability, the home is typically kept between 73–77°F in summer and 65–70°F in winter. A Nest thermostat is available for adjustments within this range. Because the home shares a central HVAC system, temperatures outside these ranges may not be possible.
