The pleasant inner courtyard with Mediterranean plants, garden furniture a barbecue and an additional covered kitchen invites you to relax. Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles and watch the sunrise over the sea. You can reach the little town of Port de Pollença with its restaurants and shops as well as the fine sandy beach in just 3 minutes by car. This property is best suited for families. Parties are not allowed. Guests must be 25yrs of age to check in. Please, note that the property is on the main road to Puerto Pollensa and there may be some traffic noise. However, it is equipped with insulated windows which greatly mitigate the noise.
