This house used to be our family's hideaway for the summer. Now it is totally renovated for all year use in a modern fashion that makes you feel it is your home away from home. You will enjoy breakfast in the morning or your drink in the evening in the big veranda with the outstanding sea view (thea thalassa). Swimming in the private pool with the breathtaking view will relax your body and senses. 300 meters from the sandy beach of Kalamaki and the national road and just 5km from Chania centre The space Our residence can accommodate up to 5 people (in winter time 4) in one individual house. The house (80 m2) -situated in a private lot (400 m2)- consists of one living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (the master with a king size bed and ensuit bathroom) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. From the balcony and the outdoor pool (35 m2) you will enjoy the amazing view to the Aegean sea. A private parking is available at the lot. The house can accommodate 4 guests during winter time (november-april) Guest access The whole space Other things to note THINGS TO DO All the water sports in the beaches of Ag.Marina and Platanias. In Agii Apostoli there is a big park for walking, running and playing for children. There are 3 small beaches with different orientation so if its windy one is mostly calm. If you are a tennis enthusiast you may visit the “B live” and possibly arrange for a match. In wider area (you need a car or taxi) there is “Limnoupolis” the biggest water park of Crete, racetracks for cart driving and a horse riding club (in Varipetro village). FEES Τhe greek government has imposed a climate change resilience fee of 15 euro per night from April to October and 4 euro per night from November to March, since 01/01/2024.
