The apartment is on the 3rd floor of our house in the beautiful village of Truchtlaching an der Alz – ideal for anyone who wants to discover the Chiemgau and live centrally but personally. The apartment Dorfblick is perfect for 2 - max. 5 people and was decorated with a lot of love. It has a separate bedroom, a bright eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, and a modern bathroom with shower – everything you need for a relaxing break. Important to know: Our house is located directly on the main street – so you can reach us very easily and are in the middle of the action. Especially during the day, it can be a bit more lively outside. But you are within minutes walking distance of the Alz, the bakery or one of the nice inns in the village. Eating out is no problem with us – in Truchtlaching you will find several restaurants, from the Bavarian inn to the Italian pizzeria. Everything is within walking distance. So that everyone feels comfortable and we can maintain a pleasant atmosphere for guests and neighbors, we ask you to observe the following rules: 1. No parties/events Our apartment is a place of rest. Parties, loud parties, or larger gatherings are not allowed. 2. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please be considerate to other guests and neighbors during this time. TV, music, and conversations should be reduced to room volume. 3. No smoking of marijuana Smoking marijuana is prohibited throughout the property, regardless of the legal situation. Thank you for understanding. 4. General handling of the apartment Please handle inventory and setup carefully. Please report any damage or deficiencies in a timely manner. 5. Smoking Smoking tobacco is only allowed in the outdoor area on the balcony or on the terrace on the ground floor, please use an ashtray. We thank you for your understanding and consideration.
