The fully equipped kitchen has everything required including cooktop and combo microwave/convection oven. The layout is spacious and the nib wall separating the lounge and bed area allows for some privacy. The sofa is also a sofa bed with inner spring mattress. The studios aren't ideal for pets as they cannot access a secure outdoor area, upper levels are more appropriate for pets. Ideal location for Lang Park, Wesley Hospital, UQ and only 7kms (4mins drive) to city. The suburb is a quiet leafy location in an affluent area of mostly young professional families, so not suitable for loud groups. Guest access Private access to each studio is made through the side doors. We offer keypad entry with a 4 digit code. There is one onsite park for each of the 4 flats. Other things to note If you are a potentially noisy group, then you need to consider that there can be no audible sound after 10pm weeknights or 11pm Fri / Sat. . This needs to be quite strictly policed, and the neighbours don't hesitate to call us or the police at any time of night if there is a problem. This could result in you losing the bond and / or a request to leave early. Sorry if this sounds a bit heavy handed but the neighbours have the ability to have us shut down, so we need to be firm and upfront about this. However, under no circumstances are parties allowed.
