Located in the most perfect of positions, this popular holiday property boasts three generous sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has an ensuite and magnificent views across the dunes and surrounding coastal environment. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms that both have tri-bunks and lovely big windows with a leafy outlook. The family bathroom has a bath, which you will appreciate for the kids after a long day at the beach, and you wont be taking those dirty beach clothes home with you as there is a laundry with washer for your convenience. The kitchen and dining area are located on ground floor with the living area upstairs has a large flat screen television, balcony and water views where you are perfectly positioned to watch the sunset with wine in hand. There is large outdoor dining setting with enough space to seat 8 and a barbeque as well. There is also an undercover seating area to the side of the property where you can sit and watch the kids play. As an added and rare bonus with Point Roadknight properties, Wi-Fi is included. This is a spacious property located with in a short easy walk to Point Roadknight beach, so there's no need to do the drive around looking for a parking spot on those hot summer days. The house is a short drive into town where your can pick up all your snacks and supplies. ****PLEASE NOTE: DOONAS, UNDERLAYS AND PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED, LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.**** BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - 1 x Tri-bunk (double on the bottom) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Tri-bunk (double on the bottom) Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Payment Terms – (Excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
