Come stay at the safari! 2 bedroom apartment, 1 full bath, fully furnished. Located above the detached garage overlooking the petting zoo. Conveniently located right off I-485, minutes from Uptown, airport and US National Whitewater Center. Perfect stay for couples, families, solo and business travelers. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Starter things of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels are provided to get you started. The space We are excited to invite you to our home as an Airbnb guest. We strive to give a unique experience, different from a regular hotel stay; We offer a more lived-in and comfortable stay. Please note the following regarding your stay with us. * As the title of our listing states, our Airbnb overlooks a petting zoo. Animals, and all noises, etc. that comes along with animals, are present at the zoo! You will likely hear a maaaa, a baaaa, a cluck-cluck, a woof-woof, and a cockadoodledoo!!! * Our guinea fowl may at times greet you while walking the property. * The tub jets are non-operational to protect from overflows and water on the bathroom floor. Please do not try to connect the jets to the tub and understand that they are non-operational for a reason. * Apartment is upstairs, over the detached garage. There is no elevator available and you must climb the stairs to get to the apartment. Entrance to apartment is private and you can come and go as you please. *Pets are allowed if the following guidelines are followed and met. - Guest must receive prior approval from Host for all pet requests. - Guest must bring their own crate with them for their pet. - Guest must show Host the crate upon arrival/check-in. - All pets must be in their crate at anytime pet will be left unattended. * 2 bedrooms - One queen bed, one full size bed; All linens provided. - Closets with hangers provided. - Ironing board and Iron available. * Living room is open space with French-doors that lead to a small deck overlooking the front of property. The living room includes a large couch and recliner to enjoy TV with many cable channels. *Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Beginner supplies, papertowels, bags, coffee, toilet paper, etc( extended stay will need to provide their own after that) - Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils provided. - Keurig coffee maker with coffee - Bowl of snacks are provided *Bathroom has a large corner tub with a shower coming out of ceiling for rainfall effect! Shampoo, soap, hairdryer, and other essentials are available for you. Plenty of fresh soft towels. (* The tub jets are non-operational to protect from overflows and water on the bathroom floor. Please do not try to connect the jets to the tub and understand that they are non-operational for a reason.) *Entrance is at rear and has a large deck that overlooks the petting zoo. Many animals are viewable from the back deck of the Airbnb apartment. *No drones are allowed on the property. We are only 10-15 minutes away from uptown and uber does come here. We are very close to the city, but it feels like the country, very quiet and secluded! Please excuse our mess, there is always something needing to be done with the animals. We also have a petting farm one street over that offers tours as well We started out as a rescue farm and love animals and we can't turn anything away!
