We are a professional Latino couple who value cultural diversity, travel, and nature. We take pride in maintaining a clean, and respectful home environment. Our home is thoughtfully decorated with tasteful souvenirs and memories from our travels around the world. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. The rooms are not always fully booked, and typically there are only 1–2 guests staying at a time, allowing for a quiet, comfortable, and well-managed shared living space. The space Mandalas Guest Room Step through the first door on the left of the hallway and discover a cozy 120-square-foot retreat. Inside, you'll find an orthopedic full-size bed with a mattress protector, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a closet, and a comfortable workspace with a desk and chair. For your convenience, the room is also equipped with a French press coffee maker and utensils so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee anytime. There's a mini refrigerator and a microwave for your snacks and meals. Natural light pours in through the garden-view window, and you can step out onto the charming outdoor patio to enjoy your breakfast or dinner. Guest access Our guests are welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the house, which include the living room, dining table, bathroom, laundry facilities, and the patio garden. During your stay Please contacting me by text message. Other things to note Please remember: - No overnight or day guests. - I would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes. - Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive late, please let me know. - Please avoid showering from 11 pm to 6:00 am (we are flexible for workers). - Keep the keys with you during your stay. When you check out, please leave the keys in lockbox - No smoking or recreational drug use of any kind is allowed indoors; however, it is permitted outdoors. - Please don't forget to turn off the fan, heater, and lights when you leave your room. Thank you for helping us conserve energy! Laundry: 🧺 If you are staying for 4 days or less, you can use the laundry facilities one time for one load of laundry. 🧺The laundry facilities can be used from 6:00am to 3 pm. Please use your own laundry soap, as we do not provide any laundry supplies. Thank you for understanding. Trash & Recycling: There are two containers: *The blue one is for recycling, *The brown one is for garbage. When your trash is full, please take it to the large brown container outside (located on the right side of the garage door). *The green bin is for compost.
