This apartment, certified with 4 DTV stars, is ideal for 2 people due to the full captain's bedroom (with two built-in sliding doors to close) and a third person is welcome. For the car, there is a private underground parking space. Access to the apartment is easy with the elevator. The bedroom has a large sliding wardrobe, a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m) and an LED TV. In the living and dining area you will find a large sofa bed, which can be converted into a full bed in a few simple steps, an armchair as well as LCD TV, Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi. Here or on our balcony (with table and two chairs) overlooking the Achterwasser, you have the opportunity, to end your vacation days relaxed, for example, with a glass of wine. The modern, open fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has, among other things, a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a stove with ceramic hobs and an extractor hood. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a towel radiator and a walk-in shower tray. The equipment is complemented by a hair-dryer and a large wall mirror. The apartment's storage room offers the possibility to safely store golf bags or the like. Here you will also find a vacuum cleaner. The 150 sqm wellness area with three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam room), spacious relaxation room and small fitness area is located on the ground floor and can be easily reached by elevator without leaving the house in the bathrobe. Also on the ground floor there is a laundry/drying room. Please understand that we cannot accept pets, because this is the only way we can allow allergies to stay in our apartment. The use of the wellness area, the bicycle shed, the internet access as well as the underground parking lot are free of charge. The apartment is usable all year round and offers you a variety of leisure and recreational opportunities. Here, for example, the large sunbathing lawn with bathing jetty in front of the house directly on Lake Balmer and beautiful hiking and biking trails along the Achterwasser could be mentioned. Wall and bike maps are available on loan in the apartment. Free, in-house sun loungers are available on the sunbathing lawn. On site you will find a bike and e-bike rental (for a fee). The Kaiserbad Heringsdorf can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. For a beach stay in Heringsdorf you can reserve a beach chair at reception (subject to availability) as well as a parking space for a small fee.
