Just a few minutes stroll up the hill, Le Potager is built over several levels. It offers comfortable living with traditional character. It comprises a dining / living room on the ground floor with steps up to the kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine). A double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are located upstairs. The property has both a bathroom and a shower room. There is an private enclosed garden to the rear and shared use of the swimming pool at the front, together with the three other properties at Puygironde. Whilst the rear garden gets the afternoon / evening sun, the front gardens and swimming pool enjoy the sun all day round, with spectacular views down over Longeveau and the open countryside.
