Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the historic Waverly Hills Sanitarium! Close to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and other businesses. You’re main living space is the studio style walkout basement featuring a queen sized bed, sitting area with a Roku TV, table and chairs for eating, and an air hockey table. There are also books and games for your enjoyment and feel free to play around on the piano - just please treat all with care! I’m pet friendly! The basement walks out to a fenced in yard for your furry friends! Please make sure pets are included in the reservation. There is a $25 fee for pets. There is also a table and chairs outside along with a wood burning firepit. If there is wood already there it will be in the laundry room and you’re welcome to use it. If not, you’ll have to provide it yourself. Upstairs there is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are also upstairs on the main floor. Feel free to use the refrigerator or anything else you may need to cook or eat a meal. Please bring your own food but feel free to use any condiments already in the house. Park in the driveway and access the house through the basement door in back of the house. The basement is set up for guest use only. The upstairs is our living space but we will not be staying in the home when rented out and our bedrooms will be locked. You have the whole house to yourself! This home is intended for single travelers, couples and families. There are to be absolutely NO parties! If it’s found you are having a party you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund.
