The Snug - Spacy Cozy Cushy 2storey condo in Hanoi

Located on the fifth floor of an old and quiet apartment block near the heart of Hanoi, The Snug is perfect for a good rest after all the hustle bustle of the city yet convenient to reach places with walkable distances (5-10 mins walk to Hanoi Opera House, 10 mins taxi to Old Quarter). Fully furnished with amenities, decorated with natural light and greenery, The Snug fits anyone who doesn't mind walking a few flights of stairs and experiencing the local neighbourhood. The space My place is up on the 5th floor of one of the oldest residential area in Hanoi. The area contains 5-6 condo blocks sharing a common courtyard where, during daytime, utilised by the locals for what they need. There are places for them to hang clothes, to park motorbikes, to let kids run around playing together. There are even some small noodle shops and a tiny local market gathered in the back yard in the morning, a small general store owned by a tiny woman with her adorable cat (we can pet him for free woohoo), and an iced tea kiosk on the side of the pavement run by a middle aged woman who knows everyone in the area (we can't pet her for free though). They all together bring in an interesting local ambience around the area. In contrast, once you step on the stairs to reach the apartment, you can already feel all the movements of the city left behind and what is waiting for you now is a truly hidden and soothing home away from home. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment including 2 seperate bedrooms on 2 different storeys, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a dining room as well. There is one toilet with seperate shower room on the 1st floor and a laundry room with shower place and washbasin on the 2nd floor. The 2nd flr. bedroom is connected to a balcony with plenty of plants and natural lights. Both bedrooms and living room have air-conditioners and heaters. Other things to note - The apartment is on the fifth floor with stairs only, so pls expect a little exercises during your stay. Might not be the best choice for elderly, but my old folks next door seem to be doing just fine with the stairs. - As you can see in the photos, the apartment has a second floor, connected by a tiny staircase. Please just be careful going down the stairs, especially for children. - If you want early check-in/late check-out or bring additional guest to stay over night, please just check with me, I am flexible wherever possible.
