Beautiful Grand Villa to rent in South West France

This lovely 19th-century house has been restored to create a charming atmosphere. Guests can relax in the comfortable sitting rooms, enjoy your meals either in the dining room or on the terrace, and explore the beautiful garden.. This house is ideal for large family groups, and you will have the whole house to yourselves to enjoy. The space Our home, your next holiday destination is actually two houses in one, number 31 and 33 rue Charles de Gaulle. The houses are linked internally so no need for wet feet but also have 2 separate entries for any late partygoers. We typically accommodate six adults in the main house, and a further four, in our adjoining Garden and Granada rooms. All rooms are big enough for travel cots and on request an additional single bed could be added to the Corner, Garden and Granada rooms. You will have access to two lounges, our snug with its comfortable and informal feel, it has sliding doors straight on to the garden and seating area. The snug offers a choice of books and family friendly games. it is a great place for guests to chill together. The formal lounge offers ample seating and access to English and French TV. The dining area can seat ten, and we have a high chair for the little one. It offers direct access to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all that you will need during your stay. If you don't want to eat in the dining area, then why not sit in our lovely outside dining space, cook your favorites on the BBQ and watch the world go by. In the cellar you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer,. The garden has several seating areas in which to relax, with direct access to the river. We have a canoe which you are welcome to use (at your own risk) so that you can explore and enjoy the river and local area. Other things to note Free parking is available either 20 metres before Les Balcons de la Seugne on the left immediately before the Boulangerie (coming from A10 Cognac) or 100 metres further on down the street on the right hand side.
