Oceanfront apartment in center

A prime oceanfront location in the north end of Ericeira's center overlooking the North Beach (Praia do Norte). 2 beaches within a couple of minutes walk. Shopping and restaurants close by. Public car park in front. Bus terminal 5 min walk. The space The recently refurbished second floor apartment is elegantly decorated and has a unique oceanfront location. It has 3 bedrooms: one with a double-bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed for 2 persons. The nicely sized oceanfront terrace is furbished with wooden furniture, including a chaise lounge, sun-chairs and table. A large umbrella shields the whole terrace and the barbecue invites for cooking and dining outdoors. Guest access Parking rules in Ericeira will be changed. At the moment there is free parking lot in front of the building. This free area will be moved 5minutes walk further up North by 1st of July. The roof-top apartment occupies the 2nd floor, it is reached through a wooden spiral staircase, large enough to carry luggage and surfboards, no elevator. Other things to note Starting from 1st of January 2019 the local townhall of Mafra is charging a Tourist Tax (similar to Lisbon and Porto). This tax is mandatory for all guests, except children under 13 years and persons with disability of 60% or more. The tax is 2,30€/person/night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) during high season (May to October) and 1,20€ all other months. This tax is charged separately in cash at arrival.
