The cottage house caters for an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom and a bathroom / toilet to the general family area while the self contained unit has its own bathroom / toilet area. Between the house and the self contained unit the cottage easily caters for 2 families or simply one large family. Within easy walking distance only minutes away is the local hotel, cafes, shopping strip and the local IGA. Within a 20 minute drive you can discover the Bellarine wineries, berry farms and local produce, the Bellarine Peninsula, and a trip to Queenscliff could easily find you in Sorrento.
