With its sandy beach, hammock, and deep-water dock, you are ready for relaxation and adventure with a variety of watercraft (canoe, kayaks, SUP), swimming, and fishing. The space The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac by road, and on a lovely cove off of Main Lake on Lake Anna's public/cold side by water. The home's cozy design embraces warmth and togetherness. A spacious living area opens to wide lake views, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining space create a welcoming hub for shared meals and conversation. The master bedroom features a king bed, complemented by a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with bunkbeds, perfect for families. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides flexibility for additional guests. Large windows and natural wood tones enhance the home's easygoing character. Outdoors, every corner of the property encourages connection with nature. Our guests have spotted bald eagles, osprey, turtles, frogs and lots of fish. The private dock offers space for fishing, dining or sunbathing, and the calm waters invite kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. The community boat launch makes it easy to bring a boat or jet skis, while a gas grill and swingset add simple pleasure for guests of all ages. Conveniently located near Tim’s and the Cove for lakeside dining, and just across from Lake Anna State Park, the property offers endless recreation, from hiking and wildlife spotting to boating and beach days. Pet-friendly and peaceful, this lakefront retreat captures the timeless appeal of Virginia's countryside, where family memories are make along the water's edge. Guest access You will have full use of the private 1 acre lot and waterfront, including the private dock and house, canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and paddle boat. Other things to note We are located on Public side of Lake Anna, across from the Lake Anna state park, which has hiking trails, large sandy beach, and nature programs. The Public side is the larger side of Lake Anna with more services ( restaurants, stores, marinas, gas docks). Parking for 4 cars at house. Trailers should not be driven down the wooded winding driveway, but can be left in a secure lot in our community boat launch area just 4 doors down. Please do not ask if we can accommodate more than eight people. We use a septic system which cannot support more people and there is not more room for more people in the house. Also, please do not drive any cars down by the water. In order to do that, you will need to drive over the septic field, which is not allowed. The cars must stay up by the house. Thank you.
