Perfectly located close to the Sliema promenade, restaurants, cafes & Malta’s largest retail shopping complex. You can completely reset your mind, body and soul just by chilling in the spacious living room on our stylish sofa, which is also big enough for a whole family. Has your appetite gone wild? Just prepare, yourself along with your loved ones, a delicious dish in our fully equipped kitchen, then you can enjoy your just cooked masterpiece on the terrace (30 sq. m), while your eyes are having pleasant time, watching these breath-taking views. The terrace is fully equipped with classy and cozy outdoor furniture, so there is nothing stopping you from having a decent glass of wine along with your tasty dinner. In addition - each bedroom has a very comfy bed in it, which is promising great night sleeps. Also, our master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. At your disposal you will have a laundry room and dryer. Would you like to keep yourself in a good shape? That won`t be a problem at all as there is a fully equipped gym - Fort Fitness (located at Level -3, charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop. On those hot summer days, you can also have a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool (free of charge) which is ideal for adults and children alike. There are plenty of things you can do while you are staying in our property - Tigne Point, Malta's best shopping mall is just a few meters away just like the many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. You can have a stroll along the beautiful Sliema promenade all the way to St Julian's or even take a water taxi to Valletta. You can swim in the blue mediterranean sea with beautiful beaches just across the road. Public transport to all of Malta's attractions is easily accessible too. All our team members have received specific guidelines and enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place, aiming to provide safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues. Special Protocols being adopted by Buena Vista Holidays: Below is a list of special protocols that we have implemented to safeguard our guests and employees against coronavirus. – We have put policies in place for all of our employees to practice social distancing and good hygiene – Cleaning staff trained on the use of PPE – We have re-structured the layout of our offices to allow for social distancing – We are cleaning our offices more regularly and thoroughly – We are providing adequate facilities and PPE to protect our workers such as hand sanitisers, gloves, masks, face-shields, gowns, paper towels, etc. – We have enhanced our check-in and check-out procedures in order to keep social distance and make it simple and secure. – All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitised by our experienced housekeepers – We use bleach and hospital strength disinfectant cleaners – Our linen and towels are commercially cleaned and sanitised – Guest information pack with contact details of health authorities, hospitals and medical centres available at the Premises – Necessary equipment and medical kit available for emergency use in premises – Air-Conditioning filters cleaned and sanitised regularly – Disinfectant gel dispenser available at the premises – Enhanced disinfection of high contact surfaces – Rooms decluttered of unnecessary items Guest access Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 30th of September), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply), Fitness Club (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach Other things to note In the area there is some construction work going on, Some noise may be expected. Please be aware of this. The communal Swimming Pool is open between the 1st of June and the 31st of October Baby bed and high chair is on request and extra charges will apply. In Tigne point there is some construction work going on so some noice might be in the area -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged.
