We are ideally located in a quiet part of the island and around the corner are the following attractions: -Perry’s Cave Family Center which offers a variety of fun and family activities. -Heinemen’s Award Winning Winery and Crystal Cave. -The Goat, one of the excellent dining establishments on the island. -Chocolate Museum. Guests have access to the entire top floor of the house with separate locked entrances. House has full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and one bathroom. This home sleeps up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary items to cook and serve meals and dining room seats 6. The outside deck area can be utilized to eat outside. If opting to dine outside, a wonderful wrap-around porch is available with seating. There is parking for up to two vehicles, but if bringing a vehicle please note that wait times to get on and off the island can be very long on weekends. **Guests also have the convenience of having a caretaker living on the premises to handle any unexpected circumstances that may arise. Max number of people the home can accommodate is 6. We are available via text, phone or email. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The lot is secluded by woods. Put-in-Bay is located on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. In order to get to the island you must take one of two ferry boat companies, Miller Ferry or the Jet Express. You could also fly to the island. All options are based on weather. You can bring a vehicle to the island or park and just ride the ferry. NO OVERCROWDING AT ALL! House has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and only those that owners have been notified ahead of time, will be allowed in the home. Extra unauthorized guests will result in eviction with no refund. 2. NO LOUD MUSIC and NO OUTDOOR SOUND SYSTEMS! Due to sound ordinances, music that can be heard more than 1 residence away can be cited by police. 3. Bed linens and bath towels are included but feel free to bring your own. 4. QUIET HOURS! Between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am, please keep your noise to a minimum. If you can be heard more than one house/condo away, then you are too loud! 5. IMPORTANT: NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT IS ALLOWED! Tell all of your guests: Do not arrive earlier than 3 pm. Each unscheduled early check-in or late check-out will result in $100 fee. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is before 10:30 am. 6. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE! Please smoke only outside in designated area and use ashtrays provided to avoid extra cleaning charges! Before you leave, empty ashtrays into the outside trash.
