Beautifully decorated with light bright airy open interior spaces. Close to Rosebud and McCrae beaches, restaurants , parks, shops and Rosebud Jetty as well as easy access by car to the Mornington Peninsula’s attractions. The space Step inside and feel instantly relaxed. The Rosebud Beach Retreat features 3 bedrooms (2x Queen Rooms and third bedroom has designer custom built sturdy bunk beds that has 4x king single beds), an open plan main living/meals area with lots of natural light, updated central sunny kitchen, extra lounge area, renovated bathroom and outside boasts an undercover living area overlooking the generous backyard which is perfect for children to play. It is the ideal getaway for 1 to 2 couples or 2 families. NO BED LINEN OR TOWELS SUPPLIED (except for 7 night stays, bed linen will be supplied) The Rosebud Beach Retreat has a BBQ, undercover outdoor lounge area, DVD Player, trampoline, split system air conditioning, heater, three flat screen TVs, some board games, children's DVDs and books. In the spirit of a true getaway, there is NO WIFI, so you can really switch off, recharge and relax and reconnect with family and friends for a tech free holiday escape! House is located in a quiet peaceful part of Rosebud bordering McCrae. Landscaped front & rear yards with stunning elm tree and glimpses of Arthurs Seat. INCLUSIONS are bath mat, tea towel, hand towel, tea/coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, soap, shampoo & conditioner. BYO bed linen, bath towels (included for weekly stays) & beach towel Guest access You will have full use of the house and only the garage in the back corner of the property is locked and not accessible for our guests. Other things to note Check in any time after 3pm and check out by 10am. Adult guests must be 25 years or over.
