Our guest house on 5 acres is conveniently located 3 miles from the freeway and 3.5 miles out of Grants Pass. BLM forest land nearby brings forth a creek located on the property for your gold panning pleasure. Of course the currently lowered price still includes the hot tub, wi-fi, and washer and dryer among other amenities listed below. The cottage has a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, disposal, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and silverware. The bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, linens, and towels. There is a stackable washer and dryer. The french doors in the dining room lead out to your private deck and hot tub. The living room has Dish TV, dvd, wifi, books, and games. The owners live next door. We will be available as a resource if desired. The city of Grants Pass and interstate 5 are 3.5 miles down the road (5minutes). Raft and kayak rentals with shuttle services are only 5 miles away. Hog Creek boat landing at the scenic Hells Gate Canyon on the Rogue River is a short 11 mile trip. Enjoy a concert at the Britt Festival or shop in charming Jacksonville or visit eclectic Ashland. For a longer drive of about 2 hours, hike or ski around Crater Lake or travel to the redwoods and Brookings, Oregon. For a day trip try the Oregon coast for fresh fish and chips and return by nightfall. Rogue Valley International Airport is 30 minutes away. The 475 sq. ft. cottage is attached to a 3 car garage.
