A perfect villa for families, couples and groups, situated in a quiet village community. With 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private pool this villa has everything needed to relax and unwind. The space Villa Zanzibar is a modern style 3 bedroom villa on a flat plot of land. The rooms face to the pool on 2 sides - as you enter the property the spacious kitchen dining area is on the right - open to the pool terrace. Behind the kitchen is an enclosed living area, leading to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both accessible directly from the pool terrace and each has a large modern bathroom. The villa is self contained with private pool in a small quiet village community There is a short walk to the beach (500 meters) and local shops and restaurants. However, a vehicle will allow guests to explore the many attractions and beaches of Samui. Children must be supervised at all times as there is no barrier between the villa and pool Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Water is charged at THB1000 per 6,000 litre truck and will normally last 1 week A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law. Guest access Guests may access the main villa and garden - the villa is suitable for children as there are no high balconies or terraces [children should be supervised at all times] there is private parking in the carport or on the driveway. the pool pump and tank room are restricted for maintenance staff only.
