Noble Retreat is located in the established area of Barwon Heads holiday village. This comfortable 3 bedroom family home has accommodation for up to 6 people with one queen bed and 4 single beds. It features a split-system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fans and heated spa bath. Equipped with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Disabled access is from the rear entrance. Linen and bedding are supplied so guests need only bring their personal items. The backyard features a BBQ in a shaded area with heritage moonah trees which attract a range of native wildlife, and a sheltered gazebo. The yard is securely fenced providing off-street parking for two cars and a boat trailer. The house is a short walk from a large off-leash park, a dog friendly river beach (low tide only), fishing spots, family friendly surf and river beaches, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a range of speciality shops and hotel. Walking trails around Barwon Heads offer a range of scenery including cliff top, sand dunes, river and native wetlands. Fishing is popular from the bank and nearby jetties in the estuary and boat launching ramps on both sides of the Barwon River make for easy access to the sea. Barwon Heads is close to quality golf courses, surf beaches, boat launch facilities, Bellarine and Geelong region wineries and gateway to the Great Ocean Road and the Otways. The major regional shopping hub in Geelong is 20 minutes drive away. For the more adventurous, fishing charters, scenic flights, sky diving and sailboard riding are available locally.
