Character house in a country 3km away from shops, restaurant, bakerie,canal du midi 15 minutes from carcassonne Medieval town. The house has a big outside space , tennis table, boules area, swimming pool, open view to pyrenees. very calm area but restaurants, shoping ,bars not far away etc. one houre from sea, one houre from ski. 3 nights minimum from sptember to end of june July august by week only Outside table, Barbecue. Big living room with fire place and electric heating in the house. The house is on 3 levels so no good for handicap peoples . 4 bed rooms, 4 bath rooms. the swiming pool is praticly all for you because the owner will go just when nobody around. Very nice view of country.Near book shop village ( Montolieu). electricity will be charge on top from Novembre to May
