It’s also a matter of safety, security, and capacity limits—the property can only accommodate a certain number of people at a time. Whether guests are sleeping over or just visiting, their presence affects the overall upkeep and management of the place. 2. Why aren’t check-in and check-out times flexible? Our check-in and check-out times aren’t flexible because we need enough time to properly clean, sanitize, and prepare the space for each guest. This ensures that everyone arrives to a fresh and comfortable home. We also follow a set schedule to avoid overlapping with other bookings. I appreciate your understanding! You may bring your pets provided that you inform us ahead of time. We also charge PHP 500 per pet as pet cleaning fee for every stay. Any signs of dirt potty will be charged from the security deposit > Please be informed that we will be requiring a SECURITY DEPOSIT amounting to P2,000 upon check . This security deposit is fully refundable subject to damage inspection/house rules violation. Refundable within the day. House found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees. OR security deposit will be forfeited. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES and ROWDY PARTY. Drugs and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited. No boisterous noise beyond 10pm. We also do not allow unregistered visitors. Always be mindful of our neighbors. The house is sound-sensitive, especially at night. The use of Videoke or loud speakers should be avoided during quiet time, and should be limited to a particular volume level at all times.
