Beautiful Rural Boutique Gite

The gite is in a small village LORIGNE nestled in the beautiful Poitou Charentes region of South West France. We are a Boutique GITE with an open plan lounge diner with a fully fitted kitchen, The Gite also benefits from air-con which circulates up through the mezzanine cooling the three lovely bedrooms, All bedrooms have double beds one has ensuite and one with day bed that pulls out to a double ideal for kids, One has direct access to the large family bathroom. All windows have shutters and fly screens. We have a newly installed modern heated swimming pool with a sliding (Abri) cover for those cooler days & nights, there is a large partially shaded sunken seating area and a large partially shaded chill out area, also there is a lovely private eating area with a large Gas BBQ. We have 12KW Pellet Burner for winter usage. Spring /Summmer 2020 we will have a pellet burning pizza oven. September 2020 we will have a pellet burning hot tub/spa. Owners on site
