Casa Rural Pozuelo 3, JABUGO

It is an old tool house, which was renovated in 2005. It retains the original wide stone walls (visible inside in the dining room and in the bathroom). It is a very bright house, where much of the furniture has been restored. A house that, like everything we offer, has a marked rustic, quality hallmark. Recommended for couples or families, it has a nice porch and a large recreation area to walk around. The space Pozuelo 3 consists of two floors: on the ground floor is the living/dining room with fireplace and the kitchen (fully equipped). After climbing 5 steps, you access the beautiful bathroom (with its main varnished stone wall) and the two bedrooms. Interior equipment: Pozuelo 3 has ecological central heating, a gas stove, microwave, plasma TV, complete kitchen utensils (cutlery, plates, pans, pots, glasses...), sheets and towels. This house is surrounded by a great diversity of trees, highlighting cork oaks, chestnut trees and olive trees. Its location is perfect for taking a walk to Jabugo, which is about 700 meters away, as well as to other nearby towns (Galaroza, Fuenteheridos, Castaño del Robledo, Santa Ana la Real...) through different trails that border the property, all of them recommended by the Andalusian Federation of Hiking. Guest access In the summer months, the house has a wonderful large (shared) swimming pool, where you can enjoy and relax, as parties are not allowed under any circumstances. It also has nice hammocks for everyone. And all this makes the rest and disconnection from everyday life absolute! The pool is located behind a slope about 70 meters long Other things to note Pets are welcome, but we leave you the different rules that you must follow if you come with a pet: The person renting will be responsible for any damage caused both inside and outside the house. In no case may you leave your animal alone outside the house and whenever they are loose, they must be supervised by the owner to avoid any damage. Also, at dusk, we release our mastiffs to protect the livestock. Please prevent animals from climbing on sofas, beds... And of course do not bite the furniture (some are over 150 years old). We have been renting the houses for 30 years and almost everything has happened to us, so we have had to put certain rules in place for a perfect coexistence between our customers' pets and our animals. Also remember that if you come with pets we charge €20 per stay and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. On the other hand, you must also TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: It is totally forbidden to take sticks from the property for the fireplace, they are chestnut and can cause an accident. We leave a lot of firewood that you can use for the fireplace at €7.50 and it is about 25 kg. Please note that guests will be responsible for any damage they cause.
