Casita, hideaway 2 mi outside Silver City, NM

After hiking or mountain biking in the Gila, soaking in hot springs, or exploring galleries & coffee shops in Silver City, relax in a sweet little casita "Tiny House" (420 sq ft) in a country setting - you can hike Boston Hill right outside the door. Enjoy breathtaking views - on clear days all the way to Mexico. Enjoy cooking your meals, deep bathtub with a colorful mosaic. Two can sleep in the double sleigh bed, plus there is a double size futon, and a roll away cot, all this in a tiny house. The space The Casita is a cosy 420sq ft space with French doors opening to the east, southern windows, and a double sliding door to the west. It is a small, simple, and somewhat rustic, yet inviting space that is perfect for relaxing in between outdoor adventures. It is my getaway space that I'm opening up to share with others when I'm not there myself. Rustic = it has unfinished concrete floors, except in the bathroom which has beautiful black and white checkerboard 12" tiles. Also, the only heat in the winter is from electric space heaters. Consequently I do not have open reservations during the winter, if you are willing to experience the casita like this, message me. Guest access Please only use the parking immediately in front of the casita, the driveway is shared with the residents in the trailer next door. Other things to note The key is in a lock box, the casita is left unheated but you can use the electric heaters to warm the place up.
