Master Suite guest bedroom with en suite private full bath in quiet La Jolla townhome w/ patio. Minutes from University of California San Diego (UCSD) by car, bus and shuttles to UCSD and beyond, Torrey Pines and La Jolla beaches. Movies, 3 main cell phone companies, Starbuck's, Philz Coffee, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle, Poke, Marshall's, and much more easily walkable. Great for guests that are students or professionals. San Diego downtown and Convention Center 15-20 minutes by car. The space Spacious quiet upstairs Master Suite (bedroom and in-room private bathroom with combined tub and shower in one) with high-ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with streaming options, and wireless Internet access. Sleep Number mattress with Memory Gel mattress topper. Desk for working that overlooks peaceful trees, rock garden and yards. Comfortable for up to two guests. Guest access Guest access includes the bedroom, the garage for parking (if necessary), kitchen with pots/pans/knives/utensils/etc., refrigerator and pantry space for storing own food, dining area, living room, patio and laundry room (basically everywhere except the 2 other bedrooms, one of which is always owner-occupied, and one of which may host another Airbnb guest(s)) who, the same as this room, is/are under non-exclusive license from owner (who also occupies the unit). During your stay Interaction with guests is at their discretion. I am happy to help out with local recommendations, tours, outings, meals, transportation and information as necessary. Note that this is not an entire unit. You have to share the unit with me and my other guests since there is another master suite upstairs and a third bedroom downstairs. There is rarely anyone other than me and my my girlfriend, and our dogs there. Other things to note [CURRENTLY DOGS MENTIONED BELOW AND IN MY PROFILE PICTURE ARE VERY VERY VERY RARELY AT THE CONDO - PERHAPS JUST ONCE A MONTH FOR A FEW HOURS AND USUALLY JUST ONE DOG] A sweet 35 lb. mix and/or a Labrador/Golden Retriever service dog in training puppy are VERY infrequently at the unit.
