The space Our house is in a mediterranean inspired residential village and is a short walk to the village's amenities such as swimming pool, gym, function rooms, basketball court, children's playground, convenience and coffee shops. It is a gallery of 46 original oil and acrylic paintings by Cebuano artists Raul Agas and Antonio Ylanan. The house is fully furnished and fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are carpeted and air conditioned and fitted with hotel quality beds, duvet, bed linen, and soft pillows. The entire ground floor where the living, dining, and kitchen areas are located is also air conditioned. The house is fitted with a variable speed inverter pressure pump that regulates constant water pressure. It has a centralised water heater for the showers. There is a brand new 15 seater Nissan Urvan Premium to serve airport transfers, city tours, and out of town adventures exclusively for our guests at affordable rates. Guests only pay for the van which comes with driver and fuel and we can prepare an itinerary for free.
