Annie's Apartment has been renovated, including underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet. It is close to Market Place Shopping Centre, Mt. Gambier Hospital, CBD & Sporting Facilities. We are Not Pet friendly and we are STRICTLY NON SMOKING of any type ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY both inside and outside The space Annie’s is the rear unit in a group of 3 in a residential street just of the main Highway to/ from Adelaide . We have tried to make Annie’s Apartment a home away from home . We want you to feel comfortable and have privacy during your stay . We try and answer calls or enquiries as soon as we can .The kitchen is equipped with a range of cooking basics . The open plan living area has black leather couches and reverse cycle AC and ceiling fan , through to the kitchen area which has electric oven and hot plates , microwave and fridge , the dining area seats 4 .The large bedroom has a TV , queen pillow top mattress, an electric blanket and a remote control ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 pillow top double ensemble .A fully equipped laundry and outside drying line - for those who are staying with us for longer periods. We do not have a Tumble Dryer, there is a Laundromat approx 100 meters from the Apartment on the corner of Wireless Road and Penola Road . There is a clothes airer in the garage . We have novels and magazines and some card games to keep you busy . We also provide local tourism information , maps , take away menus etc. If you are looking to accommodate a larger group of people try looking at our alternative 2 bedroom accommodation on the same property -Rosa’s Apartment. Combining Annie’s and Rosa’s Apartments maybe ideal if you have two groups traveling together . Only guests that were booked and paid for can stay . If you wish to add extra guests please amend the booking and pay for extra guests to a max of 4 .Follow us on Rosaandannie Guest access Anne's 2 bedroom Unit is fully self contained Other things to note THIS IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING PROPERTY- INCLUDING THE AREAS OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT ( ie cigarets , ecigarets, vapes etc ) -The Apartment is in a residential street , please respect the neighbours. - Late fees now apply for departures after 1000. From 1000-1030 it will be $20 , from 1030 it will be $40 charge for every hour or part there of . We are heavily booked and need the time to clean and prepare the accommodation for the next guest who will be arriving that afternoon. -please leave the accommodation as you found it - ie clean and tidy , all cutlery and crockery needs to be washed , dried and put away, all rubbish to be put in outside bins all furniture to be put back in its place turn all lights , fans and A/C off when you leave lock the door and put the keys in the key safe
