Guest access • Guests have access to the whole home, front and side beautiful lawn, closed backyard and the driveway which is behind the home. • Accessing the home is from the back door. (that’s the kitchen entrance). • Self check in using lock box or if guests prefer an in person check in is also absolutely welcome. Other things to note • Please treat the home with the same respect and care as you would to your own. • No noise policy needs to be followed at all times. • NO PETS. • Absolutely NO parties. Any Party, Events or Gatherings held without consent, there’ll be a additional fee of $300. • GUESTS who are listed at the time of booking ONLY will be occupying the home at all times. • Strictly NO SMOKING inside and outside (atleast 10feet ) from the unit. There’ll be an additional fee of $250. (cleaning charges for guests seen smoking). • You are welcome to consume the complimentary Tea, Coffee, Oil, Salt Sugar and snack bars that’s provided. • On request fresh, hot, delicious, healthy homemade meals served for additional charges.
