The space Our cozy cottage has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. Central heating and air-conditioning will keep you comfortable in all seasons. The fully fenced yard has a gas barbeque and table with umbrella in the back and a sunny front patio for morning coffee or tea. Convenient off-street parking that accommodates 2 cars. Walk or bike the 7 blocks to downtown restaurants and shops or to the CSUC campus. Only one block away from Enloe Hospital. Both of the bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. Both have a closet with a dresser. Extra sets of sheets are located in the dressers bottom drawer. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with shampoo/rinse and shower gel provided. Extra set of towels are located in the laundry room. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. It is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. There is dish soap, dishwasher soap and other cleaning essentials if needed. The living room has 2 reclining chairs, and a sofa that also reclines. The flat screen tv is hooked up to Comcast cable. Guest access The entire cottage and yard.
