This top-notch villa offers a combination of utmost luxury and comfort, providing the perfect conditions for your vacation. The space The Plumage Villa consists of a massive inside space of 230 sq m spread over two floors. The ground floor (155 sq m) consists of a lounge with a corner sofa, TV, and dining area in traditional wooden colours, a fully-equipped kitchen in contrasting black and white with wooden detail, and a clothes washing machine. Remarkably, part of the swimming pool extends into the living room. The combination of wood and stone gives a characteristic traditional aesthetic. Additionally, the ground floor has a bar, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The exterior includes a large tiled veranda, a 60 sq m infinity pool, and a jacuzzi for up to 6 people. There is also an outdoor seating space, a garden with a lawn, and a ping pong table. Lastly, the exterior has a BBQ and accompanying dining space. The upper floor is 75 sq m including 2 bedrooms with king size beds, with en-suite marble bathrooms. The upstairs verandas are part-tiled, part-lawn, with a table and garden chairs. These verandas offer shade from traditional wooden awnings. The facade of the house features large glass partitions to admire the mesmerising views of the Ionian pelagos and Turtle Island (Marathonisi). All the inside spaces have AC and Wi-Fi. For those who want to combine holidays with work, there is a dedicated area with a desk, computer, and printer. Finally, all the spaces are equipped with safety features, such as smoke and fire detectors, a first aid kit, and water sprinklers.
