Looking for a "green" stopover, between the sea and Toulouse, near Carcassonne? AUX COULEURS DE LA TERRE D'OC is a house, designed for 6 people and which has an independent entrance from our house, adjoining. The only things that can disturb you are the birdsong, the clucking of our chickens or the request for petting from 2 nice dogs Uno and Gaby. You can enjoy petanque games and swimming in the beautiful private pool in summer. We look forward to hosting you! Lydia and Didier The space Three bedrooms with 3 beds are oriented in 2 different ways. The Emeraude bedroom, facing east, is a Twin bedroom: its 2 twin beds of 90 allow a flexible welcome (either in separate beds or gathered to form a king size bed.) The Marine room, facing north, has a private bathroom and a queen size bed. A 3rd bedroom, the Prune bedroom serves as a small living room, with its double southeast exposure, and is very bright thanks to its two windows; its bed is 140 cm. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and a double sink, which contains a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board + a hairdryer. The toilet is independent. The small kitchen (1 table of 4 which is extendable up to 6 thanks to the extensions) is ideal for breakfast. However, it is very well equipped and functional for preparing meals. It opens onto a covered terrace, closed by a gate and equipped with a large table (+ 6 chairs), a bench and a barbecue. This will allow you to have a large table outside. Each room, as well as the kitchen, is equipped with a reversible air conditioner (hot/cold). You will be able to park your car safely within the confines of our property. If you arrive by bike, you can park it under a covered shelter. We will give you a remote control to enter the property (secure motorized gate) as well as the keys to open the front door and the doors of the 3 bedrooms. Guest access You have access to the entire home, thanks to a separate entrance. By opening the French window of the kitchen, you have access to the terrace to eat and rest outside. A table and 6 chairs, a bench, an umbrella and a gas barbecue are at your disposal! The pool is privatized for guests, open from early May to late October (unheated), with 6 sun loungers and 1 parasol. Other things to note * We welcome your pet (dog only) under certain conditions. Your dog can move around the property (excluding the pool) and in the accommodation (except in the bedrooms). Please do not leave your pet unattended on our property or alone in the cottage. We provide a caretaker for €10 per day (€15 with overnight stay), if you have to leave without him. The condition is that your companion gets along with ours. For the respect of everyone and the neighborhood, we will not tolerate your dog barking often or relieving itself on our property. The surroundings of our property are conducive to the daily walk for your pet. *Our 2 dogs, Gaby (female) & Uno (male) are sociable and like contact with people, including children. They gladly accept their fellow humans, unless they come to eat from their bowl! Uno takes a little longer to accept males. * Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. at the latest.
