The "Kraftplatz Claudiaschlössl" is located in the heart of the lakeside village of Kramsach in Tyrol. In the park of the castle lies the authentically renovated farmhouse with 180 m² of living space. A spacious vacation home for families, friends and groups of up to 8 people. Here you can arrive. With you. Kramsach is located in a beautiful mountain landscape. From here you can walk to lakes and peaks. In winter, the ski resort in Alpbachtal and Zillertal is not far away. The space The 180 m² holiday home, a venerable Tyrolean middle corridor farmhouse with lots of charm, offers enough space for up to 8 people. On the first floor is the large, very well equipped kitchen, the 60 m² living room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and one of the 4 bedrooms. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Description of the 4 bedrooms: - In the light-flooded double room on the 2nd floor, you sleep in an Indian four-poster bed. - The second four-poster bed is in the double bedroom on the first floor. - A slightly smaller room has a French bed for a single person or couple. - The largest room has 2 single beds, a large table and a Biedermeier sofa. The huge living room with 60 m² area, parquet floor and carpets is furnished with an infinite number of floor cushions, armchairs and a sofa. Here you can listen to music, read, watch movies (we have a fine selection of books and many DVDs), practice yoga, dance or just relax casually. The large kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 3-burner stove, additional induction plate, pizza cooker, separate oven, fridge/freezer, blender, egg cooker, toaster, waffle iron, mixer, fully automatic Jura coffee machine (bean) and enough cooking and eating utensils. On the ground floor is the vaulted bathroom with large rain shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet. A second bathroom with shower, sink and urinal is on the second floor. In addition, there is a separate laundry room with sink and toilet. Your own wooden terrace has a large table, benches and deck chairs. We will gladly provide you with an American barbecue grill on request. Guest access A whole house to yourselves! The vacation home is separate and at a good distance from the castle. The park is your garden. The large wooden terrace is your summer living room. Although the "Kraftplatz Claudiaschlössl" is located in the middle of the village, due to the green belt around the area, you have the impression of being alone and in the middle of nature. The advantage: The infrastructure, such as shops, restaurants, tourist office, ski bus are practically at your doorstep. Even the walk to the nearest train station is easy.
