This is our primary residence and is available for guests while we are out of town. As such, it is fully loaded with our things (kids toys, clothing). But please, make it your home while you are here. It is clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable and located in a family friendly neighborhood with 6 miles of hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails. Basketball court, tennis court, playground all in neighborhood. Need bikes, helmets, paddleboards? We have that! The space Please note: currently our kitchen floor is badly warped due to water damage last month. This will not be repaired until July due to contractor availability. Otherwise, enjoy our 3 bedrooms with a large, open concept living/kitchen/dining room that has been recently remodeled. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range, and plenty of utensils/knives/small appliances. We have a large fenced back yard, and decks both front and back (gas grill on back deck). The house sits on a cul-de-sac, with great neighbors and plenty of room for kids to roam, ride bikes, etc. Bikes, balls, scooters, etc are all available for you. Upstairs is a recently renovated office space. This rental is dog friendly. There is a friendly cat living on site, which we will ask you to care for (easy). NO SMOKING in the house. This is our primary residence. We do our best to ensure it is clean and comfortable, including hiring a professional cleaner prior to your arrival - but it is NOT spotless. It is a lived-in home. Guest access Typically we only keep the master suite upstairs locked up - it is an addition and the house is quite complete without it. You will have access to 2 bay garage, 3 bedrooms, office, living space, kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer. Help yourself to anything! Other things to note The property is animal friendly and you are welcome to bring your (potty trained & reliable) dog(s). We will have a cat living on site, and will ask you to feed her daily and ensure that she is inside when the sun goes down. She is friendly but not overly cuddly and will mostly leave you alone.
