This apartment has a private entrance on the first level. Apartment includes gourmet kitchen, bedroom and large living room with queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Private bathroom with shower. Absolutely no smoking inside or anywhere outside on the property!! I cannot accommodate any pets. My house is not child proof. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen as long as you agree to leave it in pristine condition when you are finished.
