Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Indy 500 Speedway racetrack and 25 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport. 1. Our home features the #1 rated Ring security system as well as a keyless entry system )using a digital keypad). Each group is given a unique code to use during their visit. This is convenient for groups, allowing everyone to come and go at their pleasure. 2. Washer and Dryer on the main floor. 3. We are pet friendly for dogs under 40#. Please inquire prior to booking. We love dogs and have a Wheaton Terrier living with us. And she is spoiled rotten! She will not be on-site during your stay. The entire home is at your disposal except: 1. Garage: There is ample parking in the spacious driveway area by the garage. Many of our guests have avoided expensive downtown parking by carpooling and leaving extra vehicles parked at the house. Uber is another excellent option - $8-10 to downtown. 2. Unfinished basement. We just use it for storage. We will always try to be here to greet you upon arrival. We will also be very accessible by text/phone during your stay, should anything arise. Homes began popping up in the 1940's - each custom built. As you walk around the quiet neighborhood you'll see a home reminiscent of a Frank Lloyd Wright, one that mirrors an English Castle, another that is quite modern and others with large columns featuring more of a southern charm. 1.
