Holiday villa "Haus am See" with a view of the water

The 200-year-old farmhouse is located next to a waterfall, forest and lake in a quiet environment. The house has only been gently renovated. Much is still in its original condition, such as the historic room with walnut buffet, old parquet and tiled stove. It is heated with central heating. All rooms are wood-paneled. The floors can creak when entering - it's just part of the old wooden house. Here you can find rest and still be close to great excursion possibilities. Families and groups will feel comfortable here. The space On the first floor, there is a kitchen-living room with space at the table for 4-5 people, a bathroom with a bathtub, the living room with space for eight people at the large wooden table and a bedroom. On the second floor there are four more bedrooms, a cozy entrance with sofa. It has a separate toilet. The shower is integrated into the spare bedroom. 2 additional beds are available at an extra charge. In front of the house there is a wind-protected seating area. Just around the corner is a sunbathing and playground. There is also the garden grill and it has enough tables and chairs to eat comfortably outside. In the garden house there are sun loungers and umbrellas. Behind the landlady's house next door, the chickens cackle. If you want, you can get fresh organic eggs. We have our own access to the swimming area by the lake. Guest access The whole house is available, only the basement rooms and the attic are excluded. Other things to note Kitchen: It has spices, vinegar and oil please bring. Coffee maker with filter or French press for ground coffee. Bath: a total of 4 rolls of toilet paper Please bring your own terry towels. Can be rented in an emergency. No washing machine. In case of emergency we help of course.
