“La Pincelada” Private Attic Apartment

Welcome to “La Pincelada”, a cosy attic apartment with character, a little oasis in which you can relax and wind down whilst being in the middle of Madrid, in the artistic neighbourhood of Lavapies, surrounded by art galleries, cosy cafes and a range of tasty restaurants. The space We designed “La Pincelada” so you have everything you need. Enjoy the privacy of a mini apartment which is all yours with a private fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a very comfortable queen size bed so you can fully relax after a long day of exploring and a comfortable dinner table at the terrace. At the same time, we, your hosts, will be in the apartment downstairs, happy to help you with local tips and restaurant recommendations. During the hot summer in Madrid you will be pleased to find an A/C in your room. Guest access You share the entrance with us, the hosts, we live downstairs so to get to your mini apartment you have to walk through our entrance and then take the stairs up to your apartment. You can use the terrace whenever you want! During your stay We are available to give you tips about the area and show you around your apartment. We are of course fully available via WhatsApp as well in case you need anything during your stay in our house. We speak Dutch, Spanish, Italian, English, French and Portuguese so feel free to contact us in any of these languages! Other things to note Whereas we believe this goes without saying, we expect that you understand that you are visitors in our house, a place we designed ourselves with love and dedication, being visitors means you will respect the fact that we live on the floor downstairs from your mini apartment and that you share the entrance with us, being conscious about that as such is enough and will ensure that your stay will be a pleasure for us.
