Located just a short stroll from Elkstone Studios, the Little House provides luxury accommodation for 2 - 4, whilst preserving the unique character of the building. It benefits from its idyllic rural location, stunning views and unparalleled walking and cycling. Relax and enjoy your private outdoor dining spaces and garden, or curl up with a book and enjoy the uninterrupted Cotswold views. Netflix, & WiFi, Private Parking The space You enter the house and step into a sun drenched reception room, we love space! Guests often use it to relax, for pilates, to meditate or to watch the sunset/sunrise - views of the cotswold escarpment stretch for miles. To your left is the living room and to your right is a sizeable kitchen. The kitchen leads to the shower room and WC, the steps lead up to the double bedroom. Although it is called 'the Little House' it is surprising big and perfect for 2 people or a family of 4. Guest access The whole property is available for your use. The main field is fully fenced and protected. However, we also own the neighbouring field which is unfenced should you want to make use of it too. Other things to note The property is located off the A417 between Cheltenham and Cirencester, buffered by a private road, which means although it is relatively peaceful indoors, when windows are left open or seated outside, guests will be able to hear cars in the distance. Should you want to bring a furry friend or be a group more than 2 - we charge a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
