Private Room near LAX, Forum & SoFi #3

Hello! My home was recently remodeled inside and out, located on a quiet street, and in a convenient location. Only a 5 minute drive away from LAX, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife and The Forum/SoFi Stadium. We’re only 20 minute drive to Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Downtown LA. There’s free fast-speed Spectrum internet! There’s a smart tv in your bedroom where you can log in to your favorite app and catch up on all your shows! The space Comfortable private room in a beautiful shared house. Guest access Guests have access to living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and front porch. Please do not enter the back house or carport area. During your stay I live on the back end of the property and I am very attentive to my phone. If you need anything, I'm only a phone call away. Also, our house is equipped with a RING doorbell which adds extra security the home but also helps me communicate with guests if they're having issues with self-check in. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. Please be respectful to other guests and neighbors. I provide each room with own shampoo and soap. Each guests will receive a bath towel and face cloth, but both must be returned at check out. Each room is labeled along with their corresponding keys, this facilitates identifying which room is yours. There will be a $25 replacement fee for damaged, lost or stolen keys, and a $10 fee for damaged, lost or stolen towels. Parking is free on the street. Please note—You need to register your vehicle with the city for a temporary parking permit. Also on Thursdays and Fridays there is street cleaning, so you cannot park on that side of the street from 8:00am to 2:00pm. You will be fined by the city for violating street parking rules. See posted signs. In consideration of neighbors please do not block driveways. Even if your car is a few inches over a driveway, you will be fined by the city for violating street parking rules. Driveway parking is unavailable. Please DO NOT park in the driveway. Violators will be charged additional fees and are subject to vehicle tow and vehicle owner’s expense.
